The hairless one made my favourite dog biscuits today and after they cooled, decided to give us both one (or two).
Of course, my sister Pepper had to then just stretch out on the floor for belly rubs.

It also appears that the hairless one is leaving on a trip. He mumbled something about The UK and a Manchester United football match. Anyway, today he was packing some stuff and Pepper decided to follow him around the house like a lost puppy – she was able to help with packing though.

Apparently the hairless one things he should share his dog biscuit recipe, so here it is:
1 can of pumpkin (15oz, not pie filling)
1 cup peanut butter (better yet, grind 1 or 2 cups unsalted peanuts)
1 cup oatmeal
1 egg (with shell)
2 cups flour (whole wheat is good)
2 tbl sp coconut oil (highly recommended)
If you’re using peanuts, put them, coconut oil and egg (with shell) in a blender.
Mix together, roll out onto a baking sheet (with a rim preferable)
Using a knife or pizza cutter, score the dough into squares
Bake for 45mins at 350f.
Let cool for a bit, break apart the squares. Depending on how thick the dough is, you may need to let it cool longer before giving as a treat.
If you don’t use freshly ground peanuts, try getting ground peanut butter from your local store (the kind from the machine). Avoid salted peanuts. Dry roasted are also good.
If you have to use peanut butter from a jar, try the natural ones – the oils used in the cheaper ones can cause stomach issues in dogs.
